Welcome! My name is Ginger Osborne and I am a REALTOR located in Brevard, North Carolina. I specialize selling residential properties located in Brevard, Hendersonville, Etowah, Horseshoe, Pisgah Forest, Rosman, Fletcher, Arden and South Asheville.

It’s quite enjoyable to sell real estate in an area that you truly love. Western North Carolina boasts some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Brevard, NC located in Transylvania County, is a charming town where smiling faces can be found walking downtown enjoying some of the many wonderful dining and shopping locations available. Brevard is also home to the one and only White Squirrel Festival, just one of several festivals held during the year. Transylvania County also has over 250 waterfalls, hence the nickname, “Land of the Waterfalls”. Combine nature’s beauty with an abundance of art, cuisine, music and Southern charm, it’s the Mayberry of this century.

My career path consists of twelve years of sales, service, management, marketing & public relations and eight years of banking service. I am a licensed North Carolina Broker and a member of the Brevard Board of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
