My name is Kim Owen and I work for Exit Mountain Realty in Brevard, NC. I work diligently with buyers and sellers in Western North Carolina, specializing in the tri-county areas of Buncombe, Henderson and Transylvania Counties including Brevard, Etowah, Mills River, Pisgah Forest, Rosman, Hendersonville, Laurel Park, Lake Toxaway, Arden and selected areas of Asheville.
I have been a full time Realtor/Broker since 2005. I received the National Association of Realtors sustainable property designation, or GREEN Realtor. I served as Secretary of our local Board of Realtors office and have received my certificate for completing the Professional Standards Seminar from the NC Real Estate Educational Foundation.
I moved to Brevard over 20 years ago. My husband and I have two children Kayla (16) and David (13). We enjoy riding in the forest, camping, hiking, soccer, church and spending time with family. |
